Lay Bet Tip

Hello again

Today I have 2 offerings for a lay bet, despite being a fairly poor day to pick a good lay at reasonable odds.  In all honesty I would be betting only small amounts on either of these selections.

The first lay bet selection is in the first race at 14.15 at lingfield.  The hot favourite here is “Timeteam” and I believe this offers a good value - if pretty risky lay bet, if you get an early lay in you might find it at superb odds of less than evens making your investment cheaper than the potential gains.  This is a risky bet as Timeteam is exceptionally fancied to win this and as a general rule i tend to think the early races seem to go with the betting.  Put your money on this one at your own risk but I’m having a go.

The other lay bet selection today for me is in the much later race the 19.50 at Chepstow.  Adorabella is currently the favourite and i can’t help but feel getting an early lay on this will get you good value odds, I would suggest laying at odds of around 4.0 (3/1) if you can get it, it may prove more difficult as the day progresses.
